I just wanted to thank everyone especially Alice and Dr. Zareen Kapadia at Dyer Family Dentistry for making my appointment so soon. I mean within hours of my call out of desperation!

I had found out by Dr. Atcha that I had a fractured tooth a few years ago. I wanted to have the tooth fixed, but unfortunately I was having a lot of health problems at the time. I was taking blood thinners and couldn’t have dental work done, so I had to deal with the pain over the past few years. Finally, this past week on January 29, 2008, I couldn’t bear through the pain anymore. My husband told me to call Dyer Family Dentistry and see how soon they could get me in. I made that call and Alice was wonderful. The pain was so bad that it traveled to my right ear and temple. Alice told me that I could come in at 1:30 pm. I saw Dr. Zareen Kapadia and she took such good care of me. She took xrays and saw that the tooth behind the fractured one was also bad at this point. I had to have both teeth extracted. Dr. Zareen Kapadia was such a wonderful doctor. She has a wonderful “bedside” manner and was so compassionate toward me and my pain level at the time.

The assistant Sarah was wonderful too. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. During my health problems in the past 22 months, I received many calls for reminding me to come in and get my teeth cleaned and the assistants were wonderful and very understanding. I really appreciated that they keep track of their patients. My husband, son, and 2 year old daughter are all patients, and we really enjoy the care and compassion we receive from the staff. My husband even had several teeth taken care of the week before and he was very impressed with Dr. Zareen Kapadia. I am very thankful for all you have done for me, as well as my husband. Now I am pain free, and no more problems since the teeth were extracted. I want to thank you all for being so kind and accommodating. Keep up the great customer service!
